The Gini family has been rooted in the Soave Classico region since the seventh century, cultivating exceptional white wines from their prime hillside vineyards. With a focus on low yields and distinct cru expression, they craft Soave Classicos exclusively from Garganega, choosing purity over blending with lesser-known varieties. In the 1990s, they expanded into Valpolicella, producing refined, terroir-driven reds that emphasize freshness over the region’s traditionally intense style.
Claudio Gini and his daughter, Letizia, will join us for an unforgettable evening, sharing their family's deep-rooted history and passion for winemaking. Their exceptional wines will be perfectly paired with a thoughtfully curated menu, celebrating tradition and the bounty of the spring harvest.
